Every day is a new dance routine and music style to get funky with: hip hop, salsa, samba, pop, oldies, and more. Dance helps strengthen, lengthen, and sculpt your body in a fun way that doesn't even feel like a workout. No dance experience required!
6am Monday-Saturday
Get ready to sweat first thing in the morning with our calorie-killing bootcamp. This circuit-style class uses high-intensity strength and cardio intervals to blast fat, improve muscle tone, and get your heart rate up. Come groggy, leave energized.
9am Sunday-Friday
Where it's okay to punch and kick stuff. This action-packed workout combines combination movements that improve endurance, burn calories, and enhance muscle tone, while also teaching basic self defense skills.
